Matthew R. LaFontaine, President |
| Matt co-founded the company in October 2001. Inspired
by the success of similar services in other cities, he wanted to provide
great service at a fair price to the Fort Wayne For Sale by Owner community.
Matt is a native of the area, graduating from Adams Central HS. He
holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Dayton.
Matt has contributed to the community by volunteering as a baseball coach at New
Haven HS and as a big brother for Big Brothers/Big Sisters. He is employed by Ultra Electronics USSI as a Business Area Manager. He is also the owner of Leading Edge Results consulting and 2 Bottom Plow Farms. |

| Gina joined the company in 2008. Being bilingual in Spanish, she is especially helpful to the Hispanic community. She is a wonderful mother to four children. |
